We are committed to providing high quality medical care.  As part of that commitment, the total number of patients we can care for must be limited. 

 

Seth Martin, MD, will be joining Alere in December 2025.  We are enrolling patients now who will be cared for by our current providers until Dr Martin starts seeing patients December 1st.

Elizabeth Van Aulen, MD, and Bethany Brown, CRNP, have limited capacity to accept new patients.

Chris Lupold, MD is unable to accept new patients but we are keeping a wait list.
